If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can generally accommodate cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order enters fulfillment or has shipped, adjustments can no longer be made.

Processing and transit times depend on your destination country and selected items. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with full tracking information.

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for initial carrier scans to register online. You can also monitor real-time tracking anytime on our Track My Order page.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees determined by the destination customs authority. Any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, garments must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup or perfume stains, and returned in original condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@softmello.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer care team will provide return instructions promptly.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement, exchange, or full refund.
